Yard Facilitator – Class A license highly encouraged. Ability to operate a font end loader and maintain the yard in Richmond. Help prepare material to go out to jobs, take care of material that comes back from jobs, occasionally drive tractor trailer to help deliver materials/equipment, assist with assembly/disassembly of cranes. Mechanic  – Kickstart your career with Wyman & Simpson! This mechanic position is responsible for inspecting small engine equipment and light duty vehicles for proper performance, loading and unloading materials and equipment, diagnosing faults using computerized equipment, adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts, conducting routine services on equipment and trucks, major repair work if necessary, and more. Construction Laborer  – This position performs tasks involving physical labor including loading and unloading materials and equipment, maintaining and tending small machinery, such as water pumps, generators, heat pumps, etc., operating various hand and power tools, maintaining a safe and clean job site, and more.
